Officer Boone also denied that he witnessed Officer Siler point his firearm directly against Charles Whitehead's head or made statements to that effect. Officer Boone Mae there statements and/or denials despite being in close proximity to Officer Siler when it happened and/or having a clear visual focus on the struggle between Officer Siler and Whitehead.
