David DiSanti

On or about November 3, 2000, from about 1550 hours to about 1755 hours, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer David DiSanti failed to take reasonable efforts to protect the health and safety of Juan Vega, in that he failed to transport Mr. Vega to a hospital facility in a timely manner, thereby impeding the Department's efforts to achieve its policy and goals and/or bringing discredit upon the department.

On or about November 3, 2000, from about 1550 hours to about 1755 hours, or for some period of time therein, Officer David DiSanti disobeyed General Order 92-1-11 (111) by failing to make every reasonable effort to protect the health and safety of Juan Vega, in that he failed to transport Mr. Vega to a hospital facility in a timely manner.

On or about November 3, 2000, from about 1550 hours to about 1755 hours, or for some period of time therein, Police Officer David DiSanti failed to make every reasonable effort to protect the health and safety of Juan Vega. in that he failed to transport Mr. Vega to a hospital facility in a timely manner, thereby being inattentive to duty.
